AI Vendi Pty Ltd ("AI Vendi", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals we deal with, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and how you can access, correct or complain about the handling of your information.
This policy applies to information collected through aivendi.com.au, our enquiry and quote forms, our Meta/Facebook lead ads, and in the course of supplying and supporting AI Vendi smart vending machines.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (as defined by the Privacy Act) unless it is volunteered to us and reasonably necessary, and we do not collect payment card details. Payments on AI Vendi machines are processed directly by our payment partner, Nayax, under its own privacy terms.
We collect personal information directly from you when you submit an enquiry, request a quote, complete a lead form on Meta/Facebook or Instagram, call or email us, or otherwise deal with us. We may also collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our website, and, where permitted, from publicly available sources or business partners such as Meta.

We may disclose personal information to third parties who help us operate our business (for example IT and hosting providers, payment processors (Nayax), delivery and installation partners, and marketing platforms such as Meta) and only to the extent needed for them to provide services to us.

Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure those overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
